3rd Christmas craft for 2013

Made a smurfette ornament for my niece.

2nd craft ready for Christmas 2013

I decided that I would crochet a smurf ornament to put in the Christmas tree for dnephew(3) for next Christmas.  I looked at some pictures on the web but I couldn't find a pattern so I made it up as I went.
Here it is unassembled:

1st Christmas craft 2013

I decided to make 2 more half-eaten gingerbread men (I did some for my daughter & son a few years back), this time for my niece & nephew for next Christmas.  They are now hanging on my corkboard with a painting I did and pictures of dd with her cheerleading.

Happy New Year!

Wishing you all lots of health, love & happiness in the upcoming year.

Haven't posted in awhile.  Christmas & NY's preparations have kept me busy.  We go to my mom's on the 24th (we were 38), my sis's for Christmas brunch and I host NY's eve supper & evening (both my family & my husband's - 25 + 2 for the evening only).  Had 13 extra people sleeping over the 31st. 
Nice family time but lots of work :)
I have made a review of things that worked & didn't for the 2012 Holidays and will reread it when preparing for 2013.

I'm hoping I'll write a bit more on my blog for 2013.
